Service Policy
1. Service Overview
At The Cure, we specialize in providing exceptional charcuterie experiences with a variety of offerings that include luxury grazing tables, personalized graze boxes, grazing boards, charcuterie cups, and other specialty food items for events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and personal celebrations.
Grazing Tables are intended as appetizers to enhance your event. For grazing tables as the main meal, please specify during consultation for appropriate pricing adjustment.
2. Order Placement and Customization
How to Order
Contact: Place your order through our website or by emailing us directly.
Details to Provide: Specify your budget, the number of attendees, location, and event date.
Notice Period: We require a minimum of 48 hours for small orders and two weeks for large grazing tables.
Customization
We offer customization options including themes, florals, letters, numbers, and logo integration. Please discuss your preferences with us during the ordering process.
3. Pricing and Payments
Graze pricing is based on the number of guests you plan to feed and the amount of space you are looking to fill.
All prices will be confirmed upon order finalization, and a deposit may be required to secure your event date.
4. Delivery and Setup
Delivery
We charge a $15 delivery fee which covers the greater Chattanooga, TN and Cleveland, TN areas. Additional charges apply for further distances. If you are outside of our standard delivery areas and would like to place an order with us, please email us.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.
Setup
We require a two to three-hour window to set up grazing tables, ensuring everything is perfect before your guests arrive. In warm months, setups are only performed in shaded or indoor areas to maintain quality.
5. Equipment Rental and Returns
Equipment
We offer risers, boards, utensils, and bowls for rent. Rental period is up to 48 hours.
Rental Return Policy
Items do not have to be sanitized but must be rinsed of food residue/particles. If any rented items are damaged or broken, an invoice will be sent for the replacement cost.
For board rentals, a $25 rental fee applies. This fee is refundable upon board return without damage. If any rented board is damaged, an invoice will be sent for the replacement cost of the damaged board(s).
If you would like for our team to pick up your rented items, we will schedule a pick up date and time of our items for an additional charge. Otherwise, you will be responsible for returning all rented items within 48 business hours to one of our designated drop off locations.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation
No refunds are available for cancellations. If canceled less than six months before the event, a second payment will be charged.
Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled based on availability. A new deposit is required for securing the new date.
7. Food Safety and Allergen Information
We recommend keeping all perishable items in a refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
We recommend that food be consumed within two hours of setup. We do not recommend consuming after this two hour window or taking items to go. We recommend disposing of any food that is not consumed within this food safety timeframe.
Per local food safety laws and regulations, we do not provide to go containers for our grazes.
Allergens
Our products may contain gluten, dairy, nuts, and various fruits. We are not an allergen-free facility, and cross-contamination is possible. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions well in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Cure adheres strictly to all Tennessee food safety regulations in the preparation, handling, and storage of our products. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained throughout our processes.
While we provide all food products in accordance with these safety standards, The Cure is not liable for any injury, illness, or damages resulting from the improper handling, storage, or consumption of our products once they have been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to adhere to recommended consumption times and temperatures, or failure to follow appropriate health, safety, and hygiene practices after delivery.
Clients are responsible for consuming all perishable foods within the timeframes recommended by us, based on Tennessee's food safety guidelines. We advise that perishable items should be consumed within two hours of being set out at room temperature to minimize the risk of foodborne illness. After this period, the safety of the food cannot be guaranteed, and continued consumption is at the client’s discretion and risk.
9. Refund Policy
At The Cure Charcuterie Co., we strive to ensure that all our clients are satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of our offerings, there are specific guidelines regarding refunds:
Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made to secure an event date are non-refundable to cover preliminary expenses and lost opportunities.
Cancellations: No refunds are issued for cancellations. If the event is cancelled less than six months before the scheduled date, the second payment will still be required as compensation for services already rendered and the loss of the event date.
Rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the initial deposit cannot be refunded. A new deposit will be required to secure a new event date.
Service Issues: Should there be any issues attributed directly to our services that impact the quality or delivery of our products, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services, at our discretion. These cases are handled on an individual basis and require direct communication with our team.
Processing Time: Approved refunds may take 5-7 business days to process and will be issued to the original form of payment.
This policy is intended to protect both our clients and our business by providing clear expectations regarding refunds. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering exceptional service for your events.
