Cassy grew up in a lively Italian household where food was the heart of every gathering. Her fondest memories involve a home filled with loved ones and an array of charcuterie and other small bites. Learning the art of cooking from her Grammy, Cassy discovered that food transcends mere sustenance, embodying memories and heart.
Now a wife and mother of three, Cassy’s kitchen is always buzzing with culinary creativity, which is what ultimately laid the foundation for The Cure Charcuterie Co. Fueled by the unwavering support of family, friends, and loyal customers, what started as a side gig has blossomed into a flourishing business.
