Welcome to The Cure Charcuterie! I’m Sydney Manis, the owner and creative mind behind every board. I’ve always been a foodie at heart, but more than that, I’ve always loved creating experiences through food. From family gatherings to holidays, I was the person who couldn’t show up without the most unique appetizer. Whether it was turning vegetable trays into turkeys for Thanksgiving or creating candy canes from cheese and tomatoes at Christmas, my creativity has always found its way to the table.
As trends evolved and charcuterie boards began to take center stage, I instantly knew I had found my niche. It was the perfect blend of creativity, flavor, and connection. Before taking over The Cure, I ran a smaller business that helped shape my skills, confidence, and passion — an experience I will always be grateful for as it led me exactly where I am today.
I believe that food should be both beautiful and memorable. Each and every board is thoughtfully curated with creativity and love. Being a small part of life’s biggest moments — weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and everything in between — is something I never take for granted.
